Any solicitation or attempt of solicitation of a tutor by a client, in any way, including but not limited to verbal, via email, text, phone, etc, will result in immediate termination of services; any remaining hours due the client, will become void and Top of the line Tutors will no longer be obligated to provide those hours of service to said client, and no refund will be due that client for any possible remaining hours.  Client's first payment to Top of the line Tutors verifies client's acceptance and agreement to this policy.  Any solicitation or assistance of solicitation by a tutor will be handled as outlined per the tutor contract.
